We will gladly arrange for a replacement to be sent or issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost. As we ship worldwide, please be aware that delivery times and return shipping times may vary depending on your country. Customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
