We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or undelivered returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or damaged when you received it.
In the rare event that your product arrives defective or damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will gladly arrange for a replacement to be sent or issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost. To facilitate this process, please retain the original packaging and provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective item(s).
As we ship worldwide, please be aware that delivery times and return shipping times may vary depending on your country. Customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Items returned without prior notice or that arrive in unsatisfactory condition will not be eligible for a refund.
